Manly Sea Eagles coach Anthony Seibold provided an update on the injuries suffered by star players Daly Cherry-Evans and Tom Trbojevic in the team's 36-16 loss to the New Zealand Warriors.
The potential loss of both players was a significant blow to the team, but scans revealed positive results, and they are expected to be available for the next match against the Canberra Raiders.
Along with Cherry-Evans and Trbojevic, centre Tolutau Koula and front-rower Siosiua Taukeiaho are also set to return after missing the previous game due to injury.
Seibold confirmed that Cherry-Evans had a "back spasm" while Trbojevic experienced "tightness" in his left hamstring.
Despite the disappointing loss to the Warriors, Seibold remains optimistic about the team's prospects moving forward with the key players returning to full fitness.
