In Round 8 of Fantasy NRL, it was a high-scoring week, with several coaches achieving over 1000 points.

Notably, the round featured two players who scored triple digits, enhancing their appeal as captaincy picks.

At the top, May emerged as the most favored captain, outpacing Nathan Cleary with a remarkable performance that included seven offloads (28 points), 228 run metres (22 points), and a flawless tackling record from 42 attempts.

On the other hand, the round was marked by numerous sin bins, impacting many players negatively.

Despite this, Fermor managed to impress, scoring a substantial 109 points for the 5.6 percent of teams that included him, even though his team was outscored 38-0 in the second half.

Overall, the contrasting outcomes for players highlighted the volatility of Fantasy NRL, with some excelling while others faced significant challenges.
