The Roosters are unbeaten this season, with their only defeat coming in Brisbane's 2025 decider.
Millie Elliott and Corban Baxter said Wednesday that this NRLW campaign would be their last.
Elliott, 28, hopes to play for Australia at the end-of-year World Cup but is prioritising family after having a child last year.
She became the first player to win premierships at three clubs: Brisbane in 2019 and 2020, Newcastle in 2022, and the Roosters in 2024.
The influential forward made 12 NSW Origin and four Australian Test appearances while helping drive the NRLW's growth.
Baxter, 32, returned from last year's ACL rupture but said her body struggled with the demands of fullback.
She captained the Roosters' 2021 premiership side and made seven NSW Origin and seven Australian Test appearances.
"The Roosters are going to be strong for a very long time because of that foundation that we've built and I'm proud of that," she said.
