Roosters Rise: Junior Dreams Take Flight

Roosters Juniors Grand Final Bound

LeagueNews.co | Nick Loken

The Sydney Roosters have achieved a significant milestone by qualifying teams for three out of four junior representative grand finals, set to take place at Leichhardt Oval this Saturday.

This accomplishment highlights the club's strong focus on junior development and their commitment to nurturing future NRL and NRLW players.

The teams are coached by Boyd Cordner, a former Roosters player and captain of both NSW and Australia.

After serving as an assistant coach for the NRL squad, Cordner stepped into his first head coaching role this season and has led his team to the Grand Final.

Despite an initial struggle, winning only two of their first five games-with narrow losses and a draw against Parramatta-the team has turned their season around, securing six consecutive victories and aiming for a seventh in the Grand Final.

With such a talented lineup and the Roosters competing in three of the four finals, Leichhardt Oval is the prime destination for fans not attending the Magic Round in Brisbane.

Supporters are encouraged to come out and cheer for the "mighty red, white and blue."
