The Sydney Roosters have unveiled their starting lineup for the highly anticipated Round 1 showdown against the Brisbane Broncos at Allianz Stadium.
"It's great to be back! Rugby league returns to the Home of the Roosters, Allianz Stadium, for the season opener," exclaimed Coach Smith, his voice filled with excitement.
The Roosters will proudly showcase their new Major Partner BYD, with display vehicles set up in the precinct for all to admire.
"It's always an exciting time when we have new faces making their debut," said veteran player Johnson.
"Chad Townsend will lead the team as halfback, with Robert Toia and Salesi Foketi also getting their chance to shine."
Leading the pack from the fullback position once again is the dynamic James Tedesco, who never fails to impress with his speed and agility.
A special moment awaits Nat Butcher this week as he puts on the Roosters jersey for the 150th time.
Known for his consistency and dedication since joining the team in 2016, Butcher truly embodies the spirit of a Rooster both on and off the field.
As the countdown to kickoff begins, the Roosters are ready to soar to new heights and tackle whatever challenges come their way on the field.
