NRLW Medical Update | Round 1
Following the Round 1 match against the New Zealand Warriors, the Sydney Roosters NRLW squad underwent a medical assessment.
Jayme Fressard was injured in the 51st minute, suffering a right elbow fracture and dislocation.
Scans confirmed the injury, and she is currently being treated by the Roosters' medical staff while scheduled for a consult with a specialist regarding her recovery.
Additionally, Taina Naividi exhibited symptoms of concussion post-match and has begun the NRL's return to play protocols under the club's medical supervision.
Thankfully, no other players from the match reported injury concerns.
Tarryn Aiken continues her rehabilitation from an AC joint injury with guidance from the club's medical team.
