The final episode of Behind The Roar for 2023 features Jahream Bula, who was awarded this year's Kelly-Barnes Medal.

According to weststigers.com.au, Episode 29 with Jahream Bula will be released on Wednesday afternoon, and it can be accessed on Apple, Spotify, and YouTube.

In this episode, Bula discusses his remarkable debut season, during which he received the Player of the Year, Players' Player, and Rookie of the Year awards.

Bula also opens up about his strong Christian faith, the impact of Benji Marshall on his career, and his desire to continue playing for Wests Tigers for many years.

Interestingly, Bula's path to Wests Tigers is similar to that of his new head coach, as both he and Benji Marshall moved from New Zealand to Queensland as teenagers to attend the prestigious rugby league school, Keebra Park State High.

Bula fondly recounts his first season in the top grade, including the emotional moments leading up to his NRL debut, when he and his father shed tears of joy.
