In a recent report by cowboys.com.au, it has been confirmed that the Cowboys have re-signed Jordan McLean.

This new deal will see McLean don the Cowboys jersey for a seventh season and mark his 12th season in the NRL.

McLean, who recently turned 32, has been in top form under the coaching of Todd Payten, enjoying a remarkable twilight in his career.

Over the last three seasons, he has played in a minimum of 22 games, showcasing his consistency and durability.

Furthermore, McLean has established himself as a prominent leader within the Cowboys' forward pack, earning the respect of his teammates.

His defensive prowess has also been a standout feature, with an impressive 96.2% efficiency in his 574 tackles as one of the NRL's top defensive middle forwards.

As a testament to his dedication and commitment, McLean was honored with the NRL Cowboys Way Award after the 2023 season.
