Reynolds' Key Role in Broncos' Championship Hope

Adam Reynolds is set to make his return for the Brisbane Broncos, a pivotal moment as they gear up to face four-time premiers. His comeback follows that of Jahrome Hughes, who has already returned from injuries to play for the Storm in the preliminary finals.

Hughes has endured a challenging recovery, facing a shoulder injury and a broken wrist, while Reynolds has contended with recurring hamstring issues. These injuries have significantly impacted his season. Just as he seemed ready to return before the regular season concluded, he re-aggravated his hamstring during practice, resulting in him missing the last two matches. During his absence, Ben Hunt stepped in and delivered a dramatic 94th-minute field goal against the Canberra Raiders, securing a week off for the Broncos-a break that could prove crucial for Reynolds.

Reynolds is now ready to join the lineup alongside Ezra Mam, who has also recovered from a hamstring injury. Mam is expected to come off the bench, while Reynolds will dive straight into the starting position. The Broncos will be without Billy Walters due to a knee injury, and it is likely that once Mam joins the game, Ben Hunt will transition to the dummy half position after beginning in the number six jersey.
