Randall happy to put team first upon Tino's return in Dolphins derby

Gold Coast Titans forward Chris Randall is putting the team first and embracing his role as Tino Fa'asuamaleaui makes his long-awaited return from injury in the Dolphins derby.

After missing nearly a year with a ruptured ACL, the captain's comeback is eagerly anticipated as he takes his place on the bench for this Saturday's trial match ahead of the upcoming season opener.

Randall, who played in every game of the 2024 season, has been a mainstay in the Titans lineup at lock.

However, he is willing to adapt and do whatever is necessary for the team with Fa'asuamaleaui back in action.

Following a disappointing 50-12 loss to the Broncos last week, the 29-year-old is determined to bounce back in this week's crucial trial match.

Despite the rough start, he remains calm and focused, knowing that it's early days in the season and there is plenty of time to improve before the real action begins.
