Raiders go down to Storm in Melbourne

In a round 24 clash at AAMI Park in Melbourne, the Green Machine suffered a heavy defeat to the Storm, with a final score of 48-2, as reported by raiders.com.au.

Despite their efforts, the Raiders were unable to secure a victory.

The first points of the game were put on the board by the Raiders, thanks to a penalty goal from Jamal Fogarty, giving them an early lead of 2-0.

However, the Storm quickly turned the tables, as Christian Welch scored a try in the 12th minute, bringing the score to 4-2 in favor of the Storm after a successful conversion by Nick Meaney.

In the 26th minute, the Storm extended their lead with a try from Marion Seve, taking advantage of a defensive breakdown from the Raiders.

Despite an unsuccessful conversion attempt, the Storm's lead stood at 10-2.

Just nine minutes before halftime, the Storm scored their third try of the game, this time from Reimis Smith.

Meaney successfully converted, and the score stood at 16-2 in favor of the Storm.
