The Canberra Raiders have secured the futures of two promising young players, Ata Mariota and Michael Asomua, by re-signing them on new deals.
Mariota, who has been with the club since 2022, has committed to a further two seasons, extending his contract until the end of 2026.
Asomua, currently on a development deal, will join the club's top 30 in 2025 on a new two-year deal, also until the end of 2026.
Both players expressed their excitement about staying with the Raiders, with Mariota emphasizing his trust and belief in the coaching staff and players, while Asomua vowed to continue working hard to earn his NRL debut.
This retention of young talent bodes well for the Raiders' future in the Rugby League.
