In this weekend's junior representative competitions, the Raiders SG Ball and Tarsha Gale teams will be facing off against the Illawarra Steelers, while the Harold Matts side will be traveling to the Central Coast.
According to raiders.com.au, the Raiders' Harold Matthews Cup team is going into this match with valuable lessons learned from their loss last week.
Despite initially having a lead of 16-4 against the Knights in their first competition match, the Raiders were unable to secure the victory against a formidable Knights side.
However, coach Rourke O'Sullivan remains optimistic, stating that the team has taken away valuable lessons from the game.
The clash between the Raiders and Steelers will commence at 1:30pm on Saturday 10 February at Raiders Belconnen.
The Illawarra Steelers are coming off a convincing 30-12 win against the Rabbitohs in their previous match, making them a tough opponent for the Raiders.
