Head coach Ricky Henry has announced the new lineup for the Kiwi Ferns squad, consisting of 11 potential debutantes, who will be competing against Australia and Tonga in the upcoming Pacific Championships.

This news has been reported by raiders.com.au.

Among the fresh faces in the squad is Annessa Biddle, who won the NRLW Dally M rookie of the year award after an impressive season with the Sharks.

Tyla Nathan-Wong, an Olympic gold medallist and dual code star, also joins the team after her first NRLW season with the Dragons.

The forward pack sees the addition of Jasmine Fogavini from Brisbane and Amelia Pasikala from the Roosters.

Furthermore, the Canberra duo of Ashleigh Quinlan and Cheyelle Robins-Reti have a chance of making their international debuts.

Although there have been several changes made to the squad since their loss to Australia in the Rugby League World Cup final last year, experienced players such as Raecene McGregor, Georgia Hale, Apii Nicholls, and Mya Hill-Moana are returning.

Mele Hufanga, the powerful Brisbane and Dally M Centre of the Year, who impressed during the World Cup, is also back in the squad.

With a new-look team and a mix of experienced and rookie players, the Kiwi Ferns are ready to take on their opponents in the Pacific Championships.
