The Gold Coast Titans have emerged victorious over the Canberra Raiders, ending the Raiders' hopes of making it to the finals.
The Titans secured a comfortable 30-6 win at GIO Stadium on Sunday, solidifying their third-place finish.
Led by coach Karyn Murphy, the Titans dominated the game, scoring four tries in the first half and extending their lead even further in the second half.
Titans hooker Brittany Breayley-Nati played a key role in the team's success, providing two try assists within eight minutes.
Shannon Mato and Evania Pelite were the beneficiaries of Breayley-Nati's passes, scoring tries from close range.
The Titans' left edge also proved to be a formidable attacking force, with Lauren Brown, Jaime Chapman, and Shaylee Bent all breaching the Raiders' defense to score tries.
Despite a late try from Madison Bartlett for the Raiders, it was Sienna Lofipo who had the final say, crossing the line to seal the Titans' victory.
With this win, the Titans have secured a spot in the finals and will face the Roosters in a sudden-death clash next week.
