The Canberra Raiders are looking to start the 2024 NRL season with a bang after a slow start last year.
With four losses in their first five games in 2023, the Raiders know that hitting the ground running in 2024 will be crucial for their hopes of making a deeper run in the finals.
The team will kick off the season with the first Australian-based game following the Las Vegas double-header and will have a number of Saturday matches throughout the season.
They will face the Sharks twice within the first eight rounds, as well as getting two opportunities against the Wests Tigers, Sea Eagles, Bulldogs, and Cowboys.
The Raiders will also have the advantage of not having to play last year's grand finalists twice, and will have a relatively short turnaround time of just five days for one of their matches.
Despite a busy opening month with three away trips, the team is determined to make a strong start and set the tone for the rest of the season.
