The South Sydney Rabbitohs have caused a stir after a photograph emerged showing Latrell Mitchell with a mysterious white substance, prompting the NRL integrity unit to be notified.

Despite this photograph, there is no indication that the substance is anything illicit.

Mitchell, currently sidelined with an injury, was reportedly in Dubbo for some personal time and conducting coaching clinics when the controversial picture was snapped.

The Rabbitohs have acknowledged the situation and taken the necessary steps to inform the NRL Integrity Unit.

In the world of Rugby League, off-field antics can sometimes overshadow on-field achievements, but the Rabbitohs are determined to handle this situation with professionalism and transparency.

Only time will tell how this incident will impact the star fullback's reputation and the team's focus moving forward.
