Adam Pompey, a centre for the New Zealand Warriors, has been informed that he can depart the club and explore opportunities elsewhere.
The 28-year-old is under contract until the conclusion of the 2027 season.
He has had an inconsistent presence in the first-grade team, recently appearing on the bench against the Newcastle Knights.
This season, he has played 15 matches, a decrease from 25 games last season.
According to Love Rugby League, his management has indicated that he is available to Super League clubs.
So far, three clubs are aware of his availability.
The Warriors have been focusing on strengthening a younger backline in their recent recruitment efforts.
Roger Tuivasa-Sheck signed a contract with Wakefield Trinity for next season, and the Warriors have added Will Warbrick from the Melbourne Storm and Grant Anderson from the Brisbane Broncos in a swap for Mitch Barnett.
Pompey joined the Warriors during the 2018-19 off-season after two years with the Sydney Roosters.
Since then, he has participated in 134 NRL matches, making a notable impact during the COVID years of 2020 and 2021.
A standout player from Wesley College's First XV team, he has also excelled at goal-kicking, converting 15 goals at a 75% success rate in 2026.
