Penrith will meet the Newcastle Knights at Accor Stadium on Sunday for a preliminary final, with Ivan Cleary selecting his 22-man Panthers squad.
The first 13 are Dylan Edwards, Tom Jenkins, Blaize Talagi, Casey McLean, Brian To'o, Jack Cole and captain Nathan Cleary.
Moses Leota, Mitch Kenny, Lindsay Smith, Isaiah Papali'i, Liam Martin and Isaah Yeo complete the initial group, with Yeo also listed as captain.
Jack Cogger, Scott Sorensen, Liam Henry, Billy Phillips and Luke Garner are included among the remaining squad members.
Billy Scott, Luron Patea, Freddy Lussick and Izack Tago round out Penrith's selections for the knockout match.
