Edwards won Penrith's 2026 Merv Cartwright Medal as best and fairest for the second time.
Nathan Cleary collected the Dally M, RLPA Players' Player, Wally Lewis and Brad Fittler medals.
Cleary missed Tuesday's ceremony while recovering from double leg surgery.
Edwards placed third in Dally M voting with 52 points, one behind Sharks five-eighth Braydon Trindall and 15 behind Cleary.
He won Dally M fullback of the year; James Tedesco received the players' association's fullback award.
Coach Ivan Cleary said Edwards will have off-season shoulder surgery and a knee procedure.
He injured his PCL in Penrith's preliminary-final loss to Newcastle but played on.
Fans said: "Dylan has had another outstanding and consistent year. The award is thoroughly deserved. He has evolved his game more this year and his leadership was top shelf when the Origin stars were out."
Tom Jenkins repeated as members' player of the year; Liam Henry earned the John Farragher Award for Courage and Determination; Billy Phillips won the rookie award named after the late Ben Alexander.
Brian To'o was club person of the year; Haami Loza won Jersey Flegg player of the year, Jaxen Edgar the NSW Cup award, and Chloe Pallisier NSW women's premiership player of the year.
