In a whirlwind of club hopping, the North Queensland Cowboys have officially locked in Jaxson Paulo for the next two seasons.
The 25-year-old will be donning a new jersey for the fourth time in as many seasons, joining forces with Todd Payten's squad for the 2025 and 2026 campaigns.
Speculation had been rife that D'Jazirhae Pua'Avase would be heading in the opposite direction back to Manly as part of the deal, but as of now, no official announcements have been made by either club.
Paulo, who started his NRL journey with the South Sydney Rabbitohs in 2020, has had a rocky road since leaving Maroubra.
After a brief stint with the Sydney Roosters in 2023, where he only managed 12 games, Paulo signed a three-year deal with the Manly Sea Eagles.
However, his time with the Sea Eagles was short-lived, with just two tries in eight games before being shown the door.
As Paulo prepares to take the field for yet another team, fans will be hoping he can finally find his footing and make a lasting impact in the league.
The Cowboys will be looking to harness his skills and experience to strengthen their squad for the upcoming seasons.
