The Eels recently stepped up their game both on and off the field, as they invited the families and guardians of their Pathways players to an Induction Day ahead of the highly anticipated 2024 season.

This event served as a huddle for the caregivers of the Eels' rising stars, who have been selected for various prestigious competitions such as the SG Ball, Tarsha Gale, Harold Matthews, and Lisa Fiaola.

Just like a well-executed play, these caregivers came together to meet one another and also had a chance to interact with the Club staff who are responsible for overseeing the Pathways program.

The main objective of this induction was to provide an introduction to the families and guardians and also dive into some vital topics that hold immense importance for young athletes.

Just like a well-timed pass leading to a try, this event aimed to equip the players' support systems with the necessary knowledge and understanding to navigate through the demanding world of Rugby League.

The Eels understand the importance of developing a strong team not just on the field, but also off it.

They know that by involving the families and guardians in the Pathways program, they are building a solid foundation for success both as individual athletes and as a united team.
