The Parramatta Eels are beginning a new chapter under the guidance of coach Jason Ryles, as they bid farewell to Brad Arthur, Regan Campbell-Gillard, and soon-to-depart skipper Clinton Gutherson.

In an effort to build for the future, the Eels have secured the talents of young gun Mohamed Alameddine, who has signed his first NRL contract with the club and is poised to make his mark in the top grade.

Sources, speaking on the condition of anonymity, have disclosed to Zero Tackle that Alameddine will be donning the blue and gold jersey for the next three years, with potential for a development contract in the 2027 NRL season.

In the meantime, the rising star will be hitting the training paddock with the NRL squad during the 2025 pre-season, alongside fellow up-and-comer Te Hurinui Twidle, with a chance to earn a train and trial contract for the upcoming season.

Known for his versatility across multiple positions, Alameddine's primary role is on the wing, showcasing his skills as one of the top prospects in the Eels' development pathway.
