Reuben Cotter received the Paul Bowman Medal at the North Queensland Toyota Cowboys' 32nd annual Presentation Night.
The ceremony took place on Tuesday evening at the Townsville Entertainment and Convention Centre.
Fran Goldthorp was named NRLW Cowboy of the Year, while Tom Chester shared two honours during the event.
Chester and Essay Banu jointly won the Townsville Bulletin Fan Choice Award.
Chester also shared the Members' Player of the Year award with Goldthorp.
Mark Taviani was recognised as Club Person of the Year.
Xavier Kerrisk collected the JCU Education Award, and Ethan King was named Affiliate Player of the Year.
Charlize Lloyd-Phillips and Liam Sutton shared the NRLW Rookie of the Year award.
Makenzie Weale and Scott Drinkwater were joint winners of the NRLW Players' Player award.
Lily Peacock and Soni Luke received the Cowboys Way Award.
