The Broncos have brought in some fresh blood to their coaching lineup for the upcoming 2025 season, with the experienced Ben Te'o and Trent Barrett stepping up as Assistant Coaches alongside head honcho Michael Maguire at Red Hill.
Te'o, a seasoned NRL player with nearly 100 games under his belt for the Broncos and a total of 174 NRL appearances, is no stranger to the gruelling world of Rugby League.
The 37-year-old, who clinched a Premiership victory with the South Sydney Rabbitohs in 2014 alongside star player Adam Reynolds under the guidance of Maguire, has now traded in his boots for a clipboard.
Te'o, who made heads turn last year when he guided the Redcliffe Dolphins to the Grand Final of the Hostplus Cup, is set to bring a wealth of playing experience and a winning mindset to the Broncos coaching setup.
Joined by fellow Assistant Coach Barrett, the duo wasted no time hitting the training paddock at Red Hill on Monday, ready to whip the team into shape.
With existing Assistant Coach Matt Ballin set to rejoin the coaching crew next week after tying the knot, the Broncos are looking to build a formidable team that will leave their opponents shaking in their boots.
Stay tuned for an exciting season ahead as the Broncos gear up to tackle whatever challenges come their way.
