Mooney faces NRL judiciary after match against Dolphins

NRL Judiciary: Trey Mooney

LeagueNews.co | Nick Loken

The NRL Judiciary has brought down the hammer on Trey Mooney, the hard-hitting player from raiders.com.au, after his clash with the Dolphins.

Mooney was slapped with a grade one careless high tackle charge for his showdown with Connelly Lemuelu in the 29th minute.

Should Mooney choose to plead guilty early, he'll cop a $1000 fine.

It's a tough break for the Raiders, but in the game of Rugby League, you win some and you lose some.

Mooney will have to dust himself off and learn from this experience, making sure to keep his tackles clean and precise in future matches.
