Latrell Mitchell has been on a rampage in the NRL, while his State of Origin teammate Mitchell Moses has hit a rough patch.

The Souths fullback put on another stellar performance as the Rabbitohs secured their fifth consecutive win under interim coach Ben Hornby, dominating the Eels 32-16 and edging closer to the top eight on the NRL ladder.

Mitchell once again stole the spotlight, showcasing a brilliant run of form since his return from suspension earlier in the season.

He scored a try, assisted in two others, made a crucial line-break, and had three line-break assists.

With 126 metres run and five tackles broken, Latrell showed grit and determination against the struggling Eels.

This remarkable turnaround for the fullback, who faced criticism at the start of the season, proves that he is back in top form both on and off the field.

Coach Hornby praised Latrell and his teammate Cody Walker for their outstanding performances, highlighting the team's overall effort and unity.

The spine, in particular, has been impressive, with improvements in their attacking strategy.

With Jack also stepping up his game, the team is on a roll and poised for more success in the upcoming matches.
