Mitch Kenny, the hooker for the Panthers, has been cited by the NRL Match Review Committee after the Round 4 match against the Parramatta Eels.
During the second half, he received a grade two charge for dangerous contact involving Eels fullback Isaiah Iongi.
If he takes the early guilty plea option, Kenny will serve a one-match suspension.
The Panthers must submit their plea by 12pm on Monday.
