Mitch Kenny Faces One-Game Suspension After Guilty Plea

Kenny accepts early plea

Mitch Kenny, the Penrith Panthers hooker, has opted for an early guilty plea after a charge from the NRL Match Review Committee.

The charge arose from a grade two dangerous contact incident with Parramatta Eels' fullback Isaiah Iongi during the second half of Saturday's Round 4 match.

By accepting the plea, Kenny faces a one-match suspension and will miss the upcoming game against the Melbourne Storm.
