The Sea Eagles Development squad for this year's rugby league season is once again showcasing the immense talent of young players from the Manly Warringah District Junior Rugby League.
With a strong focus on promoting local talent, the U16s squad comprises a remarkable 23 players from the Manly JRL.
Matt Orford, a former player with 109 first grade games for Manly and captain of the 2008 premiership-winning team, returns as the Sea Eagles Coach after leading the development team to an undefeated season last year.
Joining him is Jamie Buhrer, a former premiership-winning player from 2011, who serves as the team's Assistant Coach.
Orford commended the squad for their exceptional skills and eagerness to learn, setting the stage for an exciting season ahead.
