The Sea Eagles have suffered a setback in their last home game against the Sharks, but they are not giving up just yet.

Despite the defeat, they have secured a spot in the finals for the first time since 2021.

Next weekend, the Manly Warringah Sea Eagles, currently in seventh place, will face off against the sixth-placed Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs in an elimination match at Accor Stadium on Saturday, September 14th.

The Sea Eagles will have their star full-back, Tom Trbojevic, back in action after recovering from a shoulder injury.

Last Saturday, Manly emerged victorious with a 34-22 win over the Bulldogs at Accor Stadium.

However, their hopes of hosting a home final were dashed after a disappointing 40-20 loss to the Sharks in another packed game at 4 Pines Park.

The Sea Eagles found themselves trailing 16-8 at half-time after conceding three tries in the first half.

Nevertheless, they are determined to bounce back and make amends in their upcoming clash with the Bulldogs.
