The Manly Sea Eagles have bolstered their forward lineup, focusing on integrating experience and strength into their pack.

Sio Siua Taukeiaho, a premiership-winning prop, has reportedly signed a new one-year contract, as stated by the Sydney Morning Herald, securing his position with the team on the Northern Beaches through the end of the next season.

After a spell in the Super League, Taukeiaho returned to the NRL this year and made a significant impact, contributing size, leadership, and stability in the middle.

At 33, the player, who celebrated two premiership victories with the Sydney Roosters, was a key figure in the Sea Eagles' lineup, participating in 21 matches this season.

His impressive form warranted an extension with the club as they continue to remodel their forward pack under the guidance of coach Anthony Seibold.

This contract represents an important addition to Manly's forward depth, with the club actively engaging in retention and recruitment efforts in preparation for the 2026 season.

Before his time with Manly, Taukeiaho played 168 NRL games for the Roosters from 2015 to 2022 before moving to the Catalans Dragons in the Super League.
