The Queensland Rugby League (QRL) has cleared Mam, the Brisbane Broncos and Souths Logan Magpies five-eighth, allowing him to return to NRL action this week against the St George Illawarra Dragons.
Mam, who missed the first nine weeks of the season due to an off-field incident in late 2024, made his comeback in the Queensland Cup and had an impressive performance despite being placed on report for a high tackle in the opening minute.
During the match with Souths Logan, Mam scored a try and assisted in three others before being substituted after 50 minutes.
His strong display positions him to likely replace the injured Ben Hunt in the Broncos' lineup.
Hunt, who was recently acquired from the Dragons, suffered a hamstring injury last weekend, preventing him from facing his former team.
This marks another setback for Brisbane, as they are experiencing a three-game losing streak following their defeat to the South Sydney Rabbitohs.
