The Gold Coast Titans had a disappointing 2023 season, but there were a few standout performers, particularly on the left edge.

According to titans.com.au, Kieran Foran, David Fifita, Brian Kelly, and Alofiana Khan-Pereira formed a lethal attacking combination, responsible for 44% of the team's 91 tries this season.

What makes this even more impressive is that David Fifita had trained the entire pre-season on the right edge but was moved to the left just days before Round 1.

Originally, Beau Fermor was supposed to play second row on the left edge, but his season was cut short due to an ACL injury.

As a result, Fifita shifted positions and teamed up with Kieran Foran.

Many believe that this move was the catalyst for Fifita's resurgence and his return to peak form, even earning him a spot in the Origin arena.

The left edge's dominance on the field became a significant part of the Titans' season, with their chemistry and attacking prowess proving to be a force to be reckoned with.

It is safe to say that this combination will go down in Titans' history as one of the most memorable.
