Experienced Rugby League player, Michael Chee-Kam, is gearing up for a switch to a new NRL team next season as he continues his footy journey.
With 132 first-grade matches under his belt, Chee-Kam has been around the block since debuting in 2014 with the Manly Sea Eagles, followed by a solid six-season run with the Wests Tigers.
Despite proving his worth as a top-tier player, the Samoan international is facing a changing tide at the South Sydney Rabbitohs under the leadership of Wayne Bennett, who is looking to revamp the squad after two missed finals series.
With close to 40 games for the Rabbitohs, Chee-Kam is set to return to where it all began at the Manly Sea Eagles next season, according to reports from The Sydney Morning Herald.
Set to become a free agent at the end of the season, Chee-Kam is deep in talks with the Sea Eagles to strengthen their forward line-up for the upcoming season.
Fans will be eager to see how this seasoned player adds to the team dynamic and contributes to their performance on the field.
