Jordan Miller sacked; Tigers roar back in protest

The Wests Tigers have reportedly shown rookie forward Jordan Miller the door, but it seems like this isn't the final whistle just yet.

The front-rower has enlisted the help of a former club chairman to tackle this setback head-on.

Having made his NRL debut this season, Miller is part of the new generation of Tigers players and has been a member of the legendary Western Suburbs Magpies squad alongside rugby league stalwarts like Lachlan Galvin, Heath Mason, Kit Laulilii, Tallyn Da Silva, and Luke Laulilii.

Despite his promising start, it appears that his journey with the club may have hit a roadblock, and he could soon be on the hunt for a new team, despite donning the Fiji jersey in the 2024 Pacific Championships against the Cook Islands and Papua New Guinea.

This news comes as a surprise, especially since Miller was locked in with the Tigers until the end of the 2026 NRL season.

Reported by News Corp, Miller's contract was terminated by the Tigers due to repeated tardiness to training, resulting in a breach of club rules.

The rookie forward is now gearing up for a scrum with his former club to plead his case and hopefully score a second chance.
