The Jets took a hit last weekend, going down 32-18 to the Sydney Roosters after a solid first half lead slipped through their fingers like a slippery pigskin on a wet field.
Despite looking the goods at 18-4 come halftime, the Roosters came out swinging in the second half, racking up 28 points while the Jets were left scratching their heads.
Sitting fifth on the Knock On Effect NSW Cup ladder, the Jets are gearing up for a must-win clash against the Wests Magpies this weekend.
The pressure's on for them to keep pace with the front runners and make a play for a spot in the Finals.
The Jets will be back at their home turf at Henson Park for the showdown with the Magpies, with kick-off set for 3.00pm.
Before that, the Sharks and Wests Tigers will face off in the Jersey Flegg match as a warm-up, kicking things off at 1.00pm.
