Hops and skips: Rabbitohs' centre duo bounces to new clubs

LeagueNews.co | Jason Patrick

The South Sydney Rabbitohs have suffered a blow as two of their talented outside backs have found new clubs for the upcoming NRL season.

According to Zero Tackle, Ethan Ferguson, who took a break from rugby league for mental health reasons, has secured a deal with another team.

Meanwhile, Josiah Karapani has left the Rabbitohs and made the move to the Brisbane Broncos.

Confirming this news, Karapani was spotted training with the Broncos, leaving no doubt about his departure.

He has even started following several Broncos players on Instagram, indicating his commitment to his new club.

However, the details of his contract with the Broncos remain unclear, whether it is a Top 30 or supplementary deal.

With three open spots on their roster, the Broncos have the flexibility to accommodate him.
