In the lead-up to the Pacific Championships match, Melbourne Storm teammates Harry Grant and Nicho Hynes have been reunited in the Kangaroos camp.

Grant, who has had a rollercoaster Origin debut, is confident that Hynes' first appearance in the green and gold jersey will bring better memories.

The teammates are hopeful that Cameron Munster, who has been suffering from illness, will be able to play in the match.

If Munster is unable to play, Hynes is expected to take on a similar role to what he played at the Storm, providing spark in attack when he is brought on as a substitute.

Grant, who has extensive experience playing for the Kangaroos, understands the value that Hynes can bring to the team as a bench utility, making an impact when he is called upon.
