Bulldogs coach Cameron Ciraldo has not dismissed the possibility of acquiring Lachlan Galvin, despite suggestions that the Wests Tigers five-eighth may have played his final game for the club.

According to reports from au.news.yahoo.com, Galvin's future has become a significant topic following his management's indication that he would not consider a contract extension beyond the 2026 season.

However, both Galvin and the Tigers have confirmed that he will fulfill the remainder of his current contract.

Recent reports suggest that Galvin could leave before June 30, and a transfer fee or player swap might be necessary to expedite the move.

Bulldogs figurehead Phil Gould has publicly praised Galvin, stating he believes the young playmaker is "the best young playmaker he's ever seen," which has intensified speculation about the Bulldogs' interest in him.

Despite Galvin being linked to both the Bulldogs and the Eels, Ciraldo and Gould have previously indicated that the club would not pursue him.

In response to the latest developments regarding Galvin, Ciraldo remarked, "I think I've addressed this before and Gus (Gould) has addressed it."
