The NSWRL has announced the Westpac NSW Under 19s Women's squad for the upcoming Women's State of Origin Under 19s match, set to take place on Thursday, June 19, at Sunshine Coast Stadium in Queensland.
This 20-player squad features seven athletes from last year's victorious team, which triumphed over Queensland with a score of 46-4 at Leichhardt Oval in Sydney.
The returning players include Ryvrr-Lee Alo, Indie Bostock, Evah McEwen, Evie McGrath, Maria Paseka, Kasey Reh, and Bronte Wilson.
Additionally, the team comprises eight players from the Westpac Tarsha Gale Minor Premiers Illawarra Steelers and five from the Premiers Parramatta Eels.
Coaching the Westpac NSW Under 19s Women is Courtney Crawford, who also leads the Illawarra Steelers in the Tarsha Gale Cup (Under 19s).
She will be supported by assistant coaches Ryan Walker (Parramatta Eels) and Melissa Spero (Sydney Roosters).
The squad is scheduled to gather for training camp on Friday, June 13, at the NSWRL Centre of Excellence located in Sydney Olympic Park, before traveling to the Sunshine Coast on Monday, June 16.
