From Red v to Jungle green: Tiger's tale

LeagueNews.co | Jason Patrick

In a recent interview with The Sydney Morning Herald, Wests Tigers new recruit, Jayden Sullivan, shed light on his departure from the Dragons and his discussions with the Canterbury Bulldogs.

It was a surprising move for Sullivan, who had always envisioned himself as a one-club player in the Red v.

Unfortunately, after four seasons with the Dragons and 27 matches under his belt, he found himself falling in and out of the side while competing with the experienced Ben Hunt.

Seeking greater opportunities, Sullivan made the bold decision to request a release and sign a four-year deal with the Tigers.

As a Wollongong native, he had always imagined his future on the Dragons' side, especially after being part of the Saints' SG Ball 2019 premiership team.

Despite the unexpected turn of events, Sullivan remains grateful for his time with the Dragons and holds onto those memories dearly.
