Bevan French, the dynamo from down under, has penned a four-year deal with the Wigan Warriors, locking in his future with the Super League champions until 2028.

Hailed as the Man of Steel last season, French played a pivotal role in toppling St Helens' reign and bringing glory to Wigan.

His lightning-fast footwork and strategic nous have earned him a spot in the Super League Dream Team thrice over.

"We've got ourselves a true gem of a player for another four years," beamed Wigan's top dog, Kris Radlinski.

"Watching Bevan work his magic on the field is a privilege for us all."

Radlinski went on to declare on the club's digital domain that this deal sets French up for the long haul, cementing his legacy at Wigan for years to come.
