Gold Coast Titans maestro Kieran Foran has dodged a bullet and will be lacing up his boots for the upcoming showdown against the Dolphins next Saturday.
After a fiery clash against the Broncos on Sunday, Foran found himself in hot water with the match review committee.
In a classic case of on-field drama, Foran was put on report in the 25th minute for a Grade 1 Careless High Tackle on Brendan Piakura.
This is not Foran's first rodeo, as it marks his third offence of this nature.
However, the crafty playmaker has the option to take the early guilty plea and cop a $3000 fine.
If he decides to take a stand and fight the charge, risking a two-match suspension.
