Feldt Leaves St Helens After Mutual Agreement

St Helens has announced that Kyle Feldt, the premiership winger from the Cowboys, will leave the club immediately following a mutual release agreement.

Late last night, St Helens shared an official statement regarding the situation.

"St.Helens R.F.C. can confirm that Kyle Feldt has been released from his contract with immediate effect, following a mutual agreement between the player and the Club," they stated.

Feldt joined the team ahead of the 2025 season and made 29 appearances, demonstrating an impressive scoring ability with 33 tries to his name.

The 34-year-old also contributed significantly by kicking 32 goals for the Red V, bringing his total points to 196.

"The club respects his decision to prioritize personal matters at this time. St.Helens R.F.C. is committed to supporting the well-being of players and staff at all times, and we thank him for his commitment and wish him the very best for the future," added the club.

Feldt's brief tenure at Saints saw him achieve notable success, including 29 appearances and 33 tries, along with 32 goals kicked.

While Feldt has not yet commented on his departure, his agent has mentioned potential NRL interest, indicating that several clubs are keen on him returning to the league.
