Dolphins outside back Max Feagai has achieved a noteworthy milestone by signing with his third NRL club within three years, following his immediate release from the remainder of his contract.
Feagai was initially contracted with The Dolphins until the end of the 2026 season, but he has secured a release to join the Gold Coast Titans on a two-year deal that will last at least until the conclusion of the 2027 NRL season.
This transition occurs as both teams are reuniting their full squads for pre-season training.
"We're really excited to welcome Max to the Titans. He brings plenty of energy and adds good depth to complement the outside backs stocks," expressed Gold Coast Titans coach Josh Hannay.
Hannay further commented, "He has shown great potential early in his career with schoolboy honours, and given his youth, his best football is still ahead of him." He added, "I'm looking forward to him starting with us this week as we continue the preparations for the 2026 season."
Feagai, a former Australian Schoolboys and Under-18s NSW Blues representative, has played 31 first-grade matches over the past six seasons. He is anticipated to vie for a position in the outside back lineup as he joins the Titans.
