In a move that has fans cheering like a winning try at the final hooter, the Sydney Roosters have locked in Connor Watson and Spencer Leniu for the long haul.

The dynamic duo have both inked two-year contract extensions, ensuring their presence at the Roosters until at least 2027.

With a playing history that rivals a classic showdown between the Blues and Maroons, Watson, Player 1160, has been a standout since his NRL debut with the Roosters back in 2016.

The 28-year-old has notched up an impressive 141 top grade games, with 75 of those being wearing the red, white, and blue.

Head Coach Trent Robinson couldn't be happier to have Watson continue to wear the Roosters jersey, solidifying his role in the team's future success.

It's a signing that has the Roosters faithful feeling like they've just scored a hat-trick in the State of Origin series.
