The Warriors from across the ditch have announced that Charnze Nicoll-Klokstad and Marata Niukore have been selected to represent the Kiwis in the upcoming Pacific Championships, where they will face off against the Kangaroos and Tonga.

The Kiwis will be looking to defend their title after a stunning 30-0 victory over the Aussies in last year's final in Hamilton, a match that will go down in Rugby League history.

Nicoll-Klokstad, at the ripe old age of 29, put on a masterclass in his 10th Test match, racking up an impressive 277 metres with some slick line break assists and tackle breaks.

Niukore, also a former Cook Islands international, is no stranger to the Kiwi jersey, having made his debut against Tonga in 2022 and representing New Zealand at the Rugby League World Cup.

The squad will also see the return of Peta Hiku, who has been tearing it up for Hull Kingston Rovers in the Super League, securing a spot in the grand final at Old Trafford this Saturday.

With a mix of experienced players and fresh faces, the Kiwis are primed to take on their rivals in what promises to be an epic showdown on the Rugby League field.

Watch out for some bone-crunching tackles and lightning-fast tries as the Kiwis look to dominate the competition once again.
