The St George Illawarra Dragons are gearing up for an exciting clash against the defending champions, the Roosters, at Jubilee Stadium this Saturday afternoon.

Coming off a strong performance in their season opener, the Dragons are eager to continue their momentum during the first home double-header of the season, which aligns with Heritage Round.

This event celebrates the 15-year anniversary of the Dragons' 2010 NRL Grand Final victory over the Roosters, with several former players expected to attend.

Highlighting the past match, Teagan Berry recently made history by becoming one of only two players, alongside Mark Gasnier, to score four tries in a single match at Jubilee Stadium.

For this upcoming game, the Dragons have kept all three Round 1 debutantes - Indie Bostock, Trinity Tauaneai, and Pia Tapsell - in the game day lineup.

Bostock particularly shone in her NRLW debut, scoring two tries, assisting on another, and gaining an impressive 185 metres with five tackle breaks.

This match promises to be significant for the Dragons, as they aim to leverage their recent successes and the inspiring backdrop of their heritage.
