Dragons Provide Injury Updates on Key Players

Dragons Injury Update: February

The Dragons have provided updates on several players: Valentine Holmes, Jacob Liddle, Dylan Egan, and Nathan Lawson.

Valentine Holmes has fully recovered from his early-January hamstring injury. Although he is fit for this Saturday's Charity Shield against the Rabbitohs, the team has opted to hold him back. He is expected to play in the season opener against the Bulldogs in Las Vegas.

Jacob Liddle is making solid progress in his recovery from a hamstring injury. He has returned to rehabilitation running and is working on enhancing both his running volume and strength. Unfortunately, he will miss the season opener but aims for a return by Round 2.

Dylan Egan is in the final stages of his ACL rehabilitation following successful surgery last June. He has started some contact training and is looking to return by Rounds 8-10.

Nathan Lawson is also advancing well in rehab after a foot injury from last year's Knock-On Effect NSW Cup postseason. He has resumed running and aims for a return approximately by Round 4.
